Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of The Mail Club's website and subscription service ("the Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The Service

The Mail Club is a monthly subscription that delivers a themed edition — a handwritten-style letter, illustrated keepsakes, and paper surprises — to a UAE address. You may also purchase a single edition without subscribing.

Orders & Payment

Prices are listed in AED and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each month and are billed to the payment method on file until cancelled.

Shipping

The Service currently ships within the United Arab Emirates only. Each edition is dispatched within the dispatch window shown for the current edition. Orders to remote areas may carry an additional shipping surcharge shown at checkout.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or the billing portal. Cancelling stops future billing — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to the current billing period.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the shipping address and contact details you provide. Editions purchased through the Service are for personal use only and may not be resold.

Intellectual Property

All content created by The Mail Club — including edition themes, illustrations, and written material — remains our property. Purchasing an edition gives you the physical item, not a license to reproduce its contents.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Mail Club is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate in which The Mail Club is registered.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
